QLDR-3 dough divider rounder is a heavy duty, high output dough balls making machine with 3 rows, suitable for commercial bread production in bakery factory.
Automatic feeding dough balls for further processing to obtain flour tortilla, pita, pizza, hamburger, hot dog buns, mantou, samali bread, and has a Teflon-coated SS304 hopper of approx. 35kg capacity.

Product Description
Automatic dough dividing and rolling machine can roll 28-130 grams of dough, dividing evenly and accurately, not sticky, gram weight error ±2g. Food safety 304 stainless steel body, PU food conveyor belt for quantitative dividing and rolling dough, widely used in industrial production of bread dough, pizza, air bun, naan, burger embryo, sandwich, tortilla, toast, baguette and other products.
The machine is suitable for working soft and semi-hard dough and has a Teflon-coated stainless steel hopper of approx. 20kg capacity.
The dough is handled gently thanks to a star wheel dosing system and adjustment of the pressure in the portioning chambers. All this avoids stress on the dough due to the mechanical action of the machine, producing the required weight of the dough.
After the weight is determined the piece of dough is discharged and enters the rounding drum, which is easily interchanged according to the required weight. Electronic adjustment of the rounding speed is also possible during work. The suitably rounded pieces of dough are placed on the spreading belts for pick-up or for being placed on the further molders.
The maximum capacity can reach 4500pcs/h with a weight range from 28 to 130 grams. It is also available with a touch-screen control panel, with 50 storable programs, that controls and stores all the machine functions, from adjustment of sizes to rounding and production speed, with diagnostics for possible operational problems.
